That primarily means a professional infrastructure with experienced, dedicated consultants, our own offices, professional researchers, orderly processes and good co-ordination with the client and candidates. So “getting lucky when searching” is transformed into assurance that the best possible result will be achieved.
Intuition. We assess people – every single day. That is a very analytical process. It involves in-depth interviews, scrutinising documents, procuring references – but in the end intuition, frequently leading to the best results, always plays a role as well.
