  • René Bernhardt

    René Bernhardt studied political science at the University of Frankfurt and at the College of New Jersey in Trenton, USA.

    A trained biology laboratory technician, he started his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry. After completing his university degree, he worked as an associate at an internationally leading personnel consulting firm. Thus he has amassed many years of professional experience with national and international projects in the executive search area.

    In his spare time, René Bernhardt takes part in a wide variety of sports. Besides jogging, cycling and skiing, he has also discovered “water” and developed a passion for sailing and rowing. Furthermore, he is interested in jazz, design and architecture.

  • Doris Schmalenberg

    Doris Schmalenberg absolved her master’s degree studies in sociology in Frankfurt.

    She has worked in the executive search area at well-known international personnel consulting firms since 1990.

    In her spare time, Doris Schmalenberg likes to spend time outdoors enjoying Nature and also goes on short trips. In addition to her interest in theatre and film, another hobby also well-suited to her professional work is management sociology.

  • Christiane Schuster

    After leaving school, Christiane Schuster completed her training in Business Administration before qualifying as a multilingual administrative assistant.

    She gained extensive professional experience as the assistant of a department head in a leading international avionics company. Since 2001, Christiane Schuster has been working in the Executive Search and Research for well known consultancies.

    In her spare time, Christiane Schuster likes to practice sports, reading and enjoys travelling.
