Professional Experience
In Executive Search since 1990, initially with a leading European recruitment company, then twelve years as Managing Partner at Gemini Executive Search, where she headed – among others – the Competence Centers Family Business and Retail & Distribution.
2014 to November 2015 Managing Director of Amrop Delta Management Consultants GmbH in Düsseldorf. Since December 2015, she has been a Partner and, since 2019, Managing Director of InterSearch Executive Consultants, based at the new office location in Cologne.
