Johanna Horn is a Client Partner in the Cologne office of InterSearch Executive Consultants.
She has 20 years of professional experience in executive search, first at Delta Management Consultants / Amrop Group and then as a Principal at LAB & Company in Düsseldorf, where she started with the mission to build up the industrial client business in the Düsseldorf office. From January 2020, she will strengthen the Cologne office of Intersearch.
The main consulting focus is on the manufacturing industry, in particular the segments of building materials, technical building equipment, chemicals, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, but also the B2B service sector – in each case with a focus on internationally oriented medium-sized companies and so-called hidden champions in their industries. The goal is a holistic and long-term customer relationship, which also includes the filling of complex technical management positions.
Ms. Horn studied English and Romance languages and literature in Aachen and Heidelberg and is also privately interested in foreign cultures and travel.
